DETAILED ITINERARY
DAY 1: MOREMI GAME RESERVE (-/L/D)
The journey begins early with a pickup from your hotel, lodge, or the airport in Maun between 05:00 and 06:00. Meet your highly trained and experienced guide, who will lead you on this two-day wildlife adventure. Travel in a 4×4 open-sided safari vehicle to Moremi Game Reserve, where you’ll spend the day on game drives, exploring the diverse terrains of floodplains, waterways, lagoons, and forests. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the bush, then continue your game drives toward the Khwai Concession. Arrive at your camp in Khwai before sunset, where you can refresh with a bush shower. End the day with a delicious dinner cooked over the campfire and share your experiences around the fire.
DAY 2: KHWAI CONCESSION (B/L/D)
Awake in the serene bush environment, greeted by the sounds of nature. After a quick breakfast, set off on your first game drive in the Khwai Concession, renowned for its abundant wildlife. Spend the day immersed in exciting game viewing, with snack and lunch breaks to keep you energized. As evening falls, enjoy another delightful dinner around the campfire, sharing stories and enjoying the peaceful ambiance of the bush.
DAY 3: EASTERN OKAVANGO DELTA & KHWAI CONCESSION (B/L/-)
Your morning begins with a warm “dumela” (Setswana for “hello”) and the enticing aroma of freshly brewed coffee. After breakfast, embark on an excursion into the channels of the Eastern Okavango Delta in a mokoro, a traditional dugout canoe. Your guide and polers will showcase the beauty of the water channels. Following the mokoro excursion, enjoy a light lunch at your campsite. The adventure continues with game drives in Khwai Concession, allowing for more wildlife viewing. In the late afternoon, return to Maun, taking home plenty of photographs and unforgettable memories.
