DETAILED ITINERARY
DAY 1: INTO THE WILD OF MOREMI GAME RESERVE (-/L/D)
Your adventure begins early as you are picked up from your hotel or lodge in Maun. Meet your highly trained and experienced guide, who will lead you through the stunning landscapes of Botswana. Travel in a 4×4 open-sided safari vehicle to Moremi Game Reserve, spending the day on game drives in a diverse environment featuring floodplains, waterways, lagoons, and forests. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the bush before arriving at your campsite in the evening, where you can take a refreshing bush shower. After a delicious dinner, gather around the campfire to share stories and experiences from the day.
DAY 2: WILDLIFE TRACKING IN MOREMI (B/L/D)
Awaken early for a quick breakfast and set off on a morning game drive, the best time to spot predators. Return to camp for a chance to freshen up with a delightful bush shower, followed by a hearty brunch prepared by your team. After resting during the hot midday sun, head out on another game drive as the animals become more active. The evening concludes with dinner and storytelling around the campfire, deepening your connection to the wild.
DAY 3: FROM BUSH TO SAVANNAH (B/L/D)
On this day, the camp transitions from Moremi to Savute National Park. The team will break down the camp while you enjoy a light breakfast. Then, start your cross-park drive, stopping for a picnic lunch and a short siesta in the Mababe Depression area. As you travel, observe the wildlife and enjoy the changing scenery from lush bush to open savanna. Once you reach Savute, the team will set up camp, allowing you to wash off the dust before enjoying another evening around the campfire.
DAY 4: CLOSE-UP WILDLIFE ENCOUNTERS IN SAVUTE (B/L/D)
An early morning wake-up call brings you back into the wild for another thrilling game drive, maximizing your chances of spotting predators. Afterward, return to camp for a refreshing bush shower and a brunch prepared by the team. Head out on another game drive when the animals are more active after the midday heat. Enjoy dinner and more storytelling around the campfire, experiencing the beauty of the bush at night.
DAY 5: SAVANNAH TO RIVERFRONT (B/L)
Awaken once again to a warm “Dumela.” After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Chobe Riverfront, with a picnic lunch along the way. Arrive in Kasane around lunchtime, filled with unforgettable memories and photographs capturing the beauty of Botswana.
